Mike Gilbert is an entrepreneur, writer, and consultant. A recognized marketing expert, he has developed campaigns for the American Red Cross, Make-A-Wish Foundation, the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children, multiple Inc. 500 companies, and even a Mark Cuban Shark Tank business. As a speaker, he has shared the stage with the likes of Stedman Graham, Robert Kiyosaki, and Tony Robbins.

Mike started his first business in 1995, bootstrapping it into a million dollar telecom with 15 employees and over 100,000 customers. He has twice built 10,000-member direct sales teams, and was responsible for the recruitment of over 250,000 blood donors. He also founded and published Rochester Magazine, and has been the Chief Operating Officer of an Inc. 500 Fastest-Growing company.

Mike has served on the Board of the American Red Cross, as well as the Advisory Council of the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children. He also launched the Rochester Chapter of the Make-A-Wish Foundation, serving as its Director. Mike is currently the Executive Director of Downtown ROCs!, a non-profit community development corporation that is dramatically revitalizing Rochester’s urban core.

As a wrestling coach for 15 years, he is a proud member of the New York State 100 Win Club, and led the 2006 McQuaid Jesuit Knights to the State Academic Championship. He has also coached soccer and baseball, and has "survived" both a marathon and a Tough Mudder.
